Limits & Support

Controls to keep play safe, and how to reach us when you need help.

Deposit Limits

You can set daily, weekly, and monthly caps on how much CRAP you deposit into your bankroll. Once a limit is hit, further deposits are blocked until the period resets.

Decreases take effect immediately. Increases have a 24-hour cooldown to prevent impulsive changes.

Configure limits in Settings → Responsible Gambling.

Loss Limits

Set daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits. If your net losses reach the configured threshold, the platform automatically blocks further bets for the remainder of that period.

Like deposit limits, decreases are instant and increases require a 24-hour wait.

Session Reminders

RSociety shows a periodic reminder with your session duration and net profit or loss. The default interval is 60 minutes. You can change the interval or take a break directly from the reminder.

Self-Exclusion

You can exclude yourself from the platform for a fixed period. During exclusion, all bets are rejected server-side regardless of client state. Exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends.

Available periods:

  • 24 hours
  • 7 days
  • 30 days
  • 6 months
  • Permanent (irreversible)

Activate self-exclusion in Settings → Responsible Gambling.

How to Contact Support

The chat widget in the bottom-right corner of every page connects you to support. Messages are routed to an AI assistant first; unresolved issues escalate to a human operator.

Support can help with account questions, technical issues, and responsible gambling concerns.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a bet was settled incorrectly, you can file a dispute. The process:

  1. Go to the dispute page and select the bet in question.
  2. Choose a reason (incorrect settlement, missing payout, RNG concern, or other) and describe the issue.
  3. The dispute is recorded both on-chain and in the support backend. An operator reviews the on-chain settlement data against your claim.
  4. You receive a resolution through the support chat. If the dispute is upheld, your bankroll is corrected.

Because settlement happens on-chain, disputes can be verified against public Solana state. Visit the verification page to inspect any roll yourself.
